‘bonbons au gingembre’ – Individually wrapped in plastic foil keeps candy fresh indefinitely. Coated (with tapioca starch) to prevent sticking. Mild ginger heat. Subtle mango flavor. Chewy but not overly so. Dissolves quickly.
